Code of conduct

This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for all learners and clients of Ahmed MC Academy. By enrolling in our courses or using our services, you agree to act responsibly, respectfully, and professionally in all interactions with the academy and other participants.

1. Eligibility

• All participants must be 18 years of age or older
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and communication

2. Professional Behavior

We maintain a focused, respectful learning environment. You are expected to:

• Communicate courteously with instructors, staff, and peers
• Refrain from disruptive or aggressive behavior in live sessions or messages
• Follow all class, support, or project guidelines as communicated

3. Academic Integrity

• Complete their own work honestly
• Avoid plagiarism, copying, or submitting others’ work as their own
• Respect the intellectual property of Ahmed MC Academy and other students

4. Group Session Etiquette

Since our courses are conducted live in small groups (12 learners max), we ask that you:

• Attend on time and remain engaged throughout the session
• Participate without interrupting or dominating discussions
• Use a clean, quiet space when possible, with appropriate webcam and audio use

5. Use of Services

Whether you’re accessing courses, technical support, or development services, you agree to:

• Use services in good faith and for their intended purpose
• Avoid any misuse of systems, tools, or communications
• Provide clear, respectful feedback and requests during support or project work

6. Confidentiality

• Not record or share live sessions or private communications without permission
• Keep personal login credentials secure
• Avoid distributing course materials without written authorization

7. Consequences for Violations

• A written warning
• Removal from live sessions
• Temporary or permanent suspension from Ahmed MC Academy services (without refund)

8. Reporting Misconduct

9. Updates

This Code may be updated as needed. Continued participation implies agreement with the latest version.
