This By purchasing, approving, or requesting any service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Service-Based Work
Most Ahmed MC services are project-based and require planning, communication, technical setup, design work, development, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, consulting time, or training preparation.
Because service work involves time, labor, and preparation, refunds are limited once work has started.
2. Refund Eligibility Before Work Begins
A refund may be available only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The refund request is submitted within 24 hours of payment
- No work has started
- No consultation, planning, setup, development, access review, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, training preparation, or research has begun
- No project instructions, client materials, platform access, or service preparation has been reviewed or acted upon
3. Non-Refundable Work
Payments become non-refundable once work has started. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Website design, redesign, updates, or development
- WordPress setup, customization, page building, or troubleshooting
- Moodle LMS installation, configuration, customization, or course setup
- WordPress LMS setup or learning platform configuration
- Website security review, hardening, malware checks, or vulnerability-related work
- AI tool setup, automation, chatbot configuration, or workflow development
- Application development, coding, testing, or technical planning
- IT training, coaching, consulting, strategy sessions, or preparation work
- Any completed milestone, delivered file, report, setup, configuration, or consultation
4. Deposits & Milestone Payments
Deposits are used to reserve project time and begin planning. Deposits are generally non-refundable once project preparation, communication, review, or work has started.
- Milestone payments are tied to completed or ongoing project stages
- Completed milestones are non-refundable
- Final payments may be required before launch, delivery, transfer, or handover
5. Payment Processing Fees
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other payment processors. Any payment processing fees charged by these providers may be non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the refunded amount may exclude any non-refundable payment processing fees, transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or bank-related fees.
6. Revisions Instead of Refunds
If a service issue occurs, Ahmed MC may provide reasonable revisions, corrections, or adjustments based on the agreed project scope.
Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind, delayed client feedback, unclear instructions, new requests outside the original scope, or dissatisfaction with items not included in the approved agreement.
7. Client Responsibilities
Refunds may be denied if delays or issues are caused by:
- Failure to provide required content, access, materials, or approvals
- Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client
- Failure to respond within a reasonable time
- Changing project requirements after work begins
- Unauthorized changes made by the client or third parties after delivery
8. Cancellations
If a client cancels a project after work has started, any completed work, time spent, project planning, consultation, preparation, or delivered materials will be deducted from any possible refund or credit.
Ahmed MC may offer partial credit toward future services at its discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

- Date of payment
- Service name
- Reason for the refund request
- Any related invoice, receipt, or project reference
Requests missing required information may be delayed or denied. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
10. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on the financial institution
- Payment processing fees may be non-refundable
- International payment processing times may vary
11. Policy Abuse & Fair Use
Ahmed MC reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, repeated refund requests, chargeback misuse, dishonest claims, unauthorized access, or violation of our Terms of Use or Client Guidelines.
