Refund Policy - Ahmed MC Labs

Ahmed MC Labs provides structured, self-paced online training programs designed to guide learners through tutorials, tasks, and assignments within a defined course timeline. While our courses do not include live or real-time instructor sessions, all courses have specific start and end dates and required submission deadlines.

By purchasing any course or service through ahmedmc.com, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Online Courses

Our courses are delivered in a guided format. Learners are required to complete tutorials, tasks, and assignments according to published deadlines. Course access is granted immediately after successful payment.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days (two weeks) of the original purchase date.
  • Requests made after this period will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
  • You must submit a formal refund request using the process outlined in Section 3.

Non-Refundable Terms:

  • Payment processing fees are non-refundable and may vary depending on the course price and the payment method used (e.g., Stripe or PayPal).
  • Refunds may be denied if a significant portion of the course content, assignments, or downloadable materials has already been accessed.
  • Refunds will not be issued for missed deadlines, failure to complete assignments, or dissatisfaction based on course difficulty or pacing.

Access Revocation:

  • Upon approval of a refund, all access to the course platform, materials, and submissions will be immediately revoked.
  • Any certificates, credits, or progress records associated with the refunded course will be invalidated.

2. Technical Work

Technical work such as consulting, development, configuration, troubleshooting, or platform setup is project-based and requires dedicated planning and labor.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only available if:
    • The request is made within 24 hours of payment, and
    • No work has begun, including consultations, system access, configuration, or development

Once work begins, all payments become non-refundable. If service issues arise, we may offer revisions or credits at our discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Full name
  • Registered email address
  • Date of purchase
  • Course or service name
  • Reason for the refund request

Requests missing required information may be delayed or denied. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • Allow 5–10 business days for processing by your financial institution
  • Payment processing fees are not refunded under any circumstances

5. Policy Abuse & Fair Use

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of repeated refund requests, excessive course consumption followed by refund attempts, suspected abuse, or violation of our Terms of Use.
