- Designed and deployed a custom PHP/WordPress ticketing system that expanded ticket capacity while eliminating third-party software costs.
- Serviced 25–35 devices across classrooms and IT labs, including computers and servers running Windows, macOS, and Linux, plus printers and local network equipment.

- Supported 350+ students across 5 ICT classes with troubleshooting and assistance in Microsoft Office, database management, and basic programming.
- Installed, configured, and maintained Moodle LMS for students and teachers.
