This Code of Conduct outlines the expectations for all learners, participants, and clients of Ahmed MC Labs. By accessing our courses, platforms, or services (including ahmedmc.com and its subdomains), you agree to act responsibly, respectfully, and ethically in all interactions.

This Code applies to all learning environments, including our learning management system (LMS), Moodle groups and cohorts, discussion forums, messaging tools, and any technical support or service communications.

1. Eligibility

• All participants must be 18 years of age or older
• You must provide accurate, current, and truthful information during registration and communication

2. Professional & Respectful Behavior

We maintain a focused, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. You are expected to:

• Communicate courteously with instructors, staff, and other learners
• Respect cultural, linguistic, and professional differences
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, threats, or abusive language
• Follow all platform rules and course or service guidelines as communicated

3. Academic Integrity

All work submitted through our platform, including assignments, quizzes, projects, and discussions, must be your own.

• Do not plagiarize, copy, or submit others’ work as your own
• Do not share answers, private assessments, or restricted materials with others
• Properly credit sources when permitted or required
• Respect the intellectual property of Ahmed MC Labs and fellow learners

4. Moodle Groups, Cohorts & Forums Etiquette

Our courses may use Moodle groups and cohorts to organize learners for collaboration, announcements, and access control. When participating in group, cohort, or forum-based activities, you agree to:

• Participate constructively and stay on topic in discussions
• Respect privacy and confidentiality within your assigned group or cohort
• Not impersonate others or access groups, cohorts, or forums you are not assigned to
• Follow moderator or instructor guidance at all times
• Not post advertisements, promotional content, spam, abusive language, or discriminatory remarks in Moodle forums or any discussion spaces

5. Use of Platform & Services

Whether you are accessing courses or technical services, you agree to:

• Use systems, tools, and content only for their intended purposes
• Not attempt to bypass security, access controls, or platform restrictions
• Not upload or distribute malicious software, spam, or harmful content
• Provide clear, respectful, and lawful communication during support or service interactions

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

• Do not record, screenshot, or share private communications, group content, or course materials without written permission
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share account access
• Respect the privacy and personal data of other learners and staff

7. Prohibited Activities

• Cheating, academic fraud, or misrepresentation
• Harassment, hate speech, or intimidation
• Unauthorized data access or system interference
• Redistribution or resale of course materials or platform access
• Using services for illegal or unethical purposes
• Posting advertisements, promotional content, spam, or discriminatory material in learning spaces

8. Consequences for Violations

Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in one or more of the following actions:

• Written warning
• Temporary suspension from groups, cohorts, forums, or platform access
• Removal from courses or services without refund
• Permanent termination of account and access
