These Service Guidelines outline the expectations, communication standards, workflow practices, and professional responsibilities when working with Ahmed MC.

By requesting, purchasing, or participating in any Ahmed MC services, you agree to follow these guidelines to help ensure smooth communication, professional collaboration, and successful project delivery.

1. Professional Communication

Ahmed MC works with clients internationally and values respectful, professional, and constructive communication at all times.

  • Communicate respectfully and professionally
  • Provide clear project requirements and expectations
  • Avoid abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior
  • Maintain honest and transparent communication throughout the project

2. Time Zones & Response Times

Ahmed MC operates primarily within the Arizona (MST) timezone. Because clients may be located internationally, response times may vary.

  • Typical responses are provided within 24–48 business hours
  • Project timelines may vary depending on communication speed and approvals
  • Urgent requests may require additional scheduling or fees
  • Weekends and holidays may affect response times

3. Project Scope & Revisions

Services are delivered according to the approved project scope, proposal, agreement, or written discussion.

  • Additional features or changes outside the original scope may require additional cost or time
  • Major redesigns or repeated revisions may be treated as new work
  • Clients are encouraged to review deliverables carefully during revision stages
  • Delays in feedback or approvals may affect delivery timelines

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing the materials and cooperation necessary to complete services successfully.

  • Provide accurate project information and instructions
  • Submit content, files, branding materials, and approvals on time
  • Maintain backup copies of important files and data
  • Ensure you have authorization to use submitted content or materials
  • Review work and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe

5. Access & Security

Certain services may require temporary access to websites, platforms, dashboards, or technical systems.

  • Clients should provide secure and authorized access only
  • Login credentials should be shared securely
  • Clients are responsible for updating passwords after project completion if desired
  • Ahmed MC is not responsible for security issues caused by unauthorized third-party modifications after delivery

6. Responsible Use of Services

All services provided by Ahmed MC must be used lawfully, ethically, and responsibly.

  • No illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive use of services
  • No unauthorized cybersecurity testing against systems you do not own or manage
  • No use of services to distribute malware, spam, or malicious content
  • Security-related services are intended strictly for defensive and authorized purposes

7. Payments & Scheduling

  • Projects may require deposits or milestone payments before work begins
  • Outstanding balances may delay delivery or launch
  • Scheduled consultations or sessions may require advance notice for rescheduling
  • Payment processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or country

8. Respect for Intellectual Property

  • Do not copy, redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of Ahmed MC proprietary work, templates, systems, or materials
  • Clients retain ownership of approved final deliverables upon full payment unless otherwise agreed
  • Ahmed MC may showcase completed public-facing work in portfolios unless restricted in writing

9. Project Delays & Inactivity

Projects may be paused or delayed if communication or required materials are not provided.

  • Extended inactivity may affect timelines and scheduling availability
  • Ahmed MC reserves the right to reschedule inactive projects
  • Repeated delays may require revised timelines or additional scheduling arrangements

10. Limitation of Support

Unless otherwise agreed, ongoing maintenance, monitoring, updates, or support are not automatically included after project completion.

  • Additional support may require a separate agreement or fee
  • Third-party platform updates may affect functionality over time
  • Ahmed MC is not responsible for outages caused by third-party services or providers

11. Violations of These Guidelines

Ahmed MC reserves the right to refuse, pause, limit, or terminate services in cases involving:

  • Abusive or threatening behavior
  • Fraudulent activity or chargeback abuse
  • Illegal or unethical requests
  • Repeated violation of agreed communication or project standards

12. Updates to These Guidelines

These Service Guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued use of Ahmed MC services indicates acceptance of the latest version.
