At Ahmed MC Academy, we provide high-quality live instruction and technical services with care and integrity. This Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations and refunds for our limited-capacity courses and freelance services.
By purchasing any service via ahmedmc.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. Live Online Courses (Group-Based)
Our group courses are capped at 12 students per session to ensure personalized learning. Due to limited seats, we ask that you commit to your chosen course schedule.
Refund Eligibility:
- You may request a full refund only if:
- You cancel your enrollment at least 72 hours (3 days) before the course start date
- You have not attended any live sessions
Non-Refundable Cases:
- No-shows or partial attendance
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start
- Course dissatisfaction after attendance
- Requests made after the course begins
2. Web Development Services
These services are project-based and involve direct consultation, planning, and execution.
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds for technical or WordPress services are available only if:
- Work has not yet begun, and
- You cancel the project within 24 hours of payment
Once work begins (e.g., consultation, access setup, coding), no refunds will be issued. In cases of service errors or unmet deliverables, we may offer adjustments or credit at our discretion.
3. How to Request a Refund
Send a request to hello@ahmedmc.com with:
- Your full name
- Date of purchase
- Service name (course or project)
- Reason for the refund request
We will respond within 3 business days.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear
- We may deduct processing or transaction fees if applicable
5. Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of repeated cancellations, dishonest claims, or policy abuse.
